Reporting Structure You will report directly to Mike Beadle, Director of Services, Americas, who oversees the strategic operations and critical projects within the region. This leadership environment is built on the core belief that highly skilled technical professionals thrive best with autonomy and clear guidance rather than micromanagement. Our leadership focuses on empowering consultants to take ownership of their specialized domains while providing the necessary cross-functional support to clear roadblocks. Travel Requirements This role may involve travel requirements of 10-30 percent for critical client meetings, strategic project implementations, and other collaborative business needs. This travel ensures deep alignment with client environments and successful solution deployments.

 

Your Role

 

• Design and implement automation and cloud native-based solutions tailored to complex client environments.

• Create and maintain robust automation solutions for infrastructure and application provisioning using CI/CD and IaC tools.

• Develop endpoint integrations leveraging diverse APIs to ensure seamless platform interoperability.

• Act as a technical subject matter expert, consulting directly with clients to translate business requirements into actionable automation strategies.

 

What You Will Bring

 

• 5+ years of dedicated DevOps or systems administration experience in enterprise environments.

• Strong, hands-on scripting skills utilizing PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

• Proven proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern CI/CD tools.

• Deep experience with virtualization technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.

• Thorough proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Strong understanding of foundational network and security principles.
